I hoped, with Laura’s program, to improve my sleep. Initially the diet change helped alleviate the bone deep fatigue and then after the first month I lost 10 lbs. Over the next two month I felt healthier and we proved that by rerunning blood work. After three months of diet change I was no-longer pre-dietetic. Yeahhhh!! And it felt like something that was going to stay a habit. By the end of the program I sleep patterns changed from 5/6 hrs of interrupted sleep to 6/7/8 hrs on uninterrupted rest. I’ll keep working with Laura on an as needed basis to hopefully get more of those glorious 8 hrs of uninterrupted night sleep and bonus side effect weight loss.
