Generally, YBR is suitable for most people, including those with chronic pain, athletes, and those recovering from injury. However, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new physical practice, especially if you have any medical conditions. You will feel and see results in the very first class!
-
A typical YBR session involves rolling on the balls while following specific techniques and routines. Sessions might include guided practices focusing on different body areas, with a goal of targeting muscle tension and improving body function.

YBR focuses on self-care using specific rolling techniques with balls, whereas other forms of bodywork or massage might involve hands-on work by a therapist. YBR also emphasizes body awareness and alignment, integrating these elements into the practice.

If you have severe or acute injuries, certain medical conditions, or if you’re pregnant, you should consult a healthcare provider before starting YBR. It’s important to perform the exercises correctly and listen to your body to avoid overdoing it.
